AFC Champions League

The second half of group-stage play in the AFC Champions League commenced on Tuesday with nine games.

Group B:

At Ahvaz, Iran:

With Ayoub Vali scoring the game's only goal in the 77th minute, Foolad defeated visiting Bunyodkor 1-0.

At Doha, Qatar:

Nilmar Hororato Da Silva (PK-58') and Rami Fayez Abushamaleh (89') delivered the goals as El Jaish defeated visiting Al-Fateh 2-0.

GROUP B STANDINGS:

1. El Jaish (GP: 4; GD: +3; PTS: 8)
2. Foolad FC (GP: 4; GD: +2; PTS: 8)
3. Bunyodkor PFK (GP: 4; GD: -2; PTS: 2)

Group C:

At Tabriz, Iran:

El-Ain--with goals from Asamoah Gyan (54') and Mohamed Abdul Rahman (59'),  held hosts Tractor Sazi to a 2-2 deadlock.  The hosts were represented on the scoreboard by Saeid Daghighi (20') and Farshad Ahmadzadeh (61').



Group D:

At Dubai, United Arab Emirates:

Sepahan held home-standing Al-Ahli to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Riyadh, Saudi Arabia:

Nasser Al-Shamrani delivered a natural hat trick (34', 58', 62') as Al-Hilal demolished visiting Al-Sadd 5-0, making things really sad for the Qatari club.

Group F:

At Gosford, New South Wales, Australia:

Marcel Seip scored the only goal of the match in the 73rd minute as the Central Coast Mariners blanked visiting Beijing Guoan 1-0.

At Seoul, South Korea:

Rafael Costa's stoppage-time equalizer (90'+6) enabled FC Seoul to salvage a 2-2 home draw with Sanfrecce Hiroshima.  Yun Il-Lok scored for the hosts in the 54th minute while Gakuto Notsuda (20') and Hwang Seok-Ho (70') delivered the scoring for the Japanese club.

2. Sanfrecce Hiroshima (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 5)
3. Beijing Guoan FC (GP: 4; GD: 0; PTS: 5)

Group H:

At Kawasaki, Japan:

Ryota Oshima scored the winning goal in the 88th minute as Kawasaki Frontale came from behind to upend the visiting Western Sydney Wanderers 2-1.

At Guiyang, China:

Chen Zijie scored twice (39', 89') as Guizhou Renhe came from behind to down visiting Ulsan United 3-1.
