In the first European club tournament qualifying match to take place in Gibraltar, Levi Hanssen's equalizer in the 71st minute lifted HB from the Faroe Islands to a 1-1 road draw in the opening match of their two-game series with Lincoln Red Imps as the opening round for UEFA Champions League qualifying continued. Joseph Chipolina's penalty kick in the 18th minute provided the scoring for the hosts.
