UEFA Champions League, Group D

Two games were played on Tuesday as action from Group D of the UEFA Champions League commenced.

At Istanbul, Turkey:

Burak Yilmaz successfully converted a penalty kick in the opening minute of second-half stoppage time as Galatasaray salvaged a 1-1 home draw with RSC Anderlecht.  Dennis Praet scored in the 52nd minute for the visiting Belgian club.  Here, we see Gala's Aurelien Chedjou (left) battling Anderlecht's Aleksandar Mitrovic for the ball.

At Dortmund, Germany:

Ciro Immobile (45') and Pierre Aubameyang (48') produced the goals as Borussia Dortmund blanked visiting Arsenal 2-0.  Here, we see Dortmund's Sokratis Papastathopoulos battling with the Gunners' Alexis Sanchez for the ball.
