MLS: Philly Coughs Up Late Equalizer, Settle For Home Draw With Fire

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

In the lone Thursday Major League Soccer contest, Robert Earnshaw's equalizer in the second minute of second-half stoppage time lifted the Chicago Fire to a 1-1 road draw with the Philadelphia Union.  Amobi Okugo scored for the hosts in the 88th minute as the Union dropped two precious points in their bid to reach the Eastern Conference playoffs while the Fire remained barely alive for post-season play.
