UEFA Champions League: Galacticos Survive Scare Against Royal Blues; Dragons Demolish Basel At Home

The second half of the Round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League commenced on Tuesday with two games.

At Madrid:
 
Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice (25', 45', that's him celebrating after his second goal) as Real Madrid, despite dropping a 4-3 game-two home decision to FC Schalke, held off the German club in winning their two-match series 5-4 on aggregate.

At Porto, Portugal:
 
Yacine Brahimi (14'), Hector Miguel Herrera (47', that's him here, celebrating after scoring), Casemiro (56'), and Vincent Aboubakar (76') each scored once as FC Porto demolished visiting FC Basel 4-0 in game two and ousted the Swiss club 5-1 on aggregate.
