MLS: Philly, Dynamo, Quakes Grab Saturday Wins; Red Bulls Erase Two-Goal Deficit To Gain Road Draw With DCU; Goose Eggs For Revs And Crew As Well As RSL And SKC

Six Saturday games were on the Major League Soccer docket.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

The New England Revolution and visiting Columbus Crew battled to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Chester, Pennsylvania:

Vincent Nogueira scored the winning goal in the second minute of second-half stoppage time as the Philadelphia Union knocked off visiting New York City 2-1.

At Washington:

Damien Perrinelle (68') and Lloyd Sam (90') delivered the scoring in the second half as the New York Red Bulls erased a two-goal deficit on the road and gained a 2-2 draw with DC United.  Perry Kitchen provided both goals for the hosts in the 26th and 67th minutes.

At Houston:

Giles Barnes (15'), Ricardo Clark (72'), and Rob Lovejoy (80') produced the scoring that carried the Houston Dynamo to a 3-0 home domination of the Montreal Impact.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Sporting Kansas City and visiting Real Salt Lake battled to a 0-0 deadlock.

At San Jose, California:

In a contest that saw both teams reduced to ten men, Sanna Nyassi scored the lone goal of the match in the 75th minute as the San Jose Earthquakes knocked off the visiting Vancouver Whitecaps 1-0.
