CFU Club Championship: Trinidadian Clubs Advance To Final, Qualify For CONCACAF Champions League

Both games in the semifinal round of the CFU Club Championship were played on Friday at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago.

In the opener, after 120 minutes of scoreless soccer, Central FC from the host nation won the penalty-kick shootout 3-1 over Haiti's Don Bosco FC.

In the nightcap, W Connection, another Trinidadian club, defeated Montego Bay United from Jamaica 1-0.

With the victories, Central and W Connection not only advanced to Sunday's final, also to be played at Ato Boldon Stadium.  They also qualified for the group stage of the 2015-16 CONCACAF Champions League.

The title game will be preceded by the third-place playoff between Don Bosco and Montego Bay United, with the winner also advancing to next season's Champions League.
