MLS: SKC, Sounders Rack Up Sunday Wins

Two games were played on Sunday in Major League Soccer.

At Kansas City, Kansas:

Paulo Magamura scored the only goal of the match in the 74th minute while Tim Melia made three saves to preserve the shutout as Sporting Kansas City defeated the visiting Chicago Fire 1-0.

At The Bronx, New York:

Obafemi Martins scored twice (23', 66') and Clint Dempsey once (58') as the Seattle Sounders defeated New York City 3-1 on the road.
