CONCACAF Champions League: RSL, Santos Laguna, Queretaro Claim Opening-Night Wins

Djaniny scored twice (41', 68') as Santos Laguna demolished visiting W Connection (Trinidad and Tobago) 4-0.

Joao Plata's goal in the third minute held up while Nick Rimando made three saves and other key plays to preserve the shutout and victory as Real Salt Lake knocked off CSD Municipal 1-0 on the road.
