Euro 2016:

Three games were played in France on Thursday as group-stage play in the European Championship continued.

GROUP B:

At Lens:

Jamie Vardy (56') and Daniel Sturridge (90'+2, that's him mobbed by teammates after his game winner) each scored a goal as England came from behind to upend Wales 2-1 as the Three Lions find themselves on the cusp of advancing to the knockout stage.

At Lyon:

Gareth McAuley (49') and Niall McGinn (90'+6) each scored once as Northern Ireland (shown here) blanked (and eliminated) Ukraine 2-0 for their first-ever European Championship victory.
