MLS: Action Resumes With Citizens, Revs, Reds, and Rapids Grabbing Wins On Four-Draw Saturday

Major League Soccer is set to resume on Saturday with eight games.

Hosts are listed first with all times Pacific.

At New York: 

Frank Lampard (8'), David Villa (21'), and Andrea Pirlo (50') each scored a goal as New York City raced out to a 3-0 lead before holding on to fend off the visiting Philadelphia Union 3-2.

At Vancouver, British Columbia:

Kelyn Rowe scored the winning goal in the 55th minute as the New England Revolution racked up their first league road victory of the season, 2-1 over the Vancouver Whitecaps.

At Orlando, Florida:

In an emotionally-charged contest, Chad Barrett (85') and Shea Salinas (90'+4) each scored once as the San Jose Earthquakes gained a 2-2 road draw with Orlando City.  Seb Hines (66') and Julio Baptista (90'+1) provided the scoring for the Lions.

At Columbus, Ohio:

The Montreal Impact held the home-standing Columbus Crew to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Toronto:

Drew Moor scored the only goal of the match in the 76th minute as Toronto FC knocked off the visiting Los Angeles Galaxy 1-0.

At Commerce City, Colorado:

Marco Pappa scored the winning goal in the 89th minute as the Colorado Rapids defeated the visiting Chicago Fire 2-1.

At Houston:

The Houston Dynamo and visiting DC United battled to a 0-0 deadlock.

At Sandy, Utah:

Juan Manuel Martinez (17') and Yura Movsisyan (PK-70') each scored once to lift Real Salt Lake to a 2-2 home draw with the Portland Timbers.  Fanendo Adi (29') and Lucas Melano (44') produced the goals for the Timbers.
