MLS: Red Bulls, Revs, Fire, Hoops, Galaxy Collect Saturday Wins

Five games were contested in Major League Soccer on Saturday.

At Vancouver, British Columbia:

Bradley Wright-Phillips scored the game's lone goal in the 50th minute as the New York Red Bulls stretched their league unbeaten run to ten games with their 1-0 road victory over the Vancouver Whitecaps.

At Foxborough, Massachusetts:

Juan Agudelo (12') and Chris Tierney (49') each scored once as the New England Revolution blanked the visiting Colorado Rapids 2-0.

At Bridgeview, Illinois:

Goals from Roland Alberg (OG-22'), Michael de Leeuw (71'), and Arturo Alvarez (90') enabled the Chicago Fire to dominate the visiting Philadelphia Union 3-0.

At Frisco, Texas:

Mauro Diaz (PK-14'), Victor Ulloa (47'), and Walker Zimmerman (53') each scored once as FC Dallas downed the visiting Portland Timbers 3-1.

At Carson, California:

Baggio Husidic (78') and Giovani dos Santos (82') each scored once late in the second half as the Los Angeles Galaxy gave head coach Bruce Arena his 200th MLS victory with a 2-1 home victory over the Columbus Crew.
