Kaka scored twice (36', PK-54') as Orlando City dominated the Montreal Impact 4-1 on the road.
At Sandy, Utah:
Joao Plata scored twice (PK-53', 67') and Juan Manuel Martinez once (90'+4) as Real Salt Lake battled back from a two-goal deficit to gain a 3-3 home draw with the Los Angeles Galaxy. Emmanuel Boateng (6') and Giovani dos Santos (57', 64') delivered the scoring for the guests.
