In Saturday's opening match of the AFC Champions League Final, Leonardo Rodriguez Pereira scored twice (70', PK-77') as Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors defeated visiting Al-Ain 2-1. Danilo Moreno Asprilla scored for the visiting club from the United Arab Emirates in the 63rd minute.
The series will conclude next Saturday at Al Ain, in the United Arab Emirates.
The winner will advance to next month's FIFA Club World Cup, set to take place in Yokohama and Osaka, Japan.
