Two games in Group B of the OFC Champions League were contested at Yoshida Stadium in Kone, New Caledonia on Sunday.
In the opener, Nathanael Hailemariam scored twice (45'+1, 69') as New Zealand's Team Wellington dominated Puaikura from the Cook Islands 4-1.
In the nightcap, Malakai Tina's equalizer in the 90th minute enabled Fiji's Ba FC to salvage a 1-1 draw with Hienghene Sport. Bertrand Kai successfully converted a penalty kick for the club from the host country in the 70th minute.
