AFC Champions League

Group-stage play in the AFC Champions League reached its' midway point on Wednesday with four contests.

GROUP F:

At Seoul, South Korea:

Jaushua Sotorio scored the winning goal in the 63rd minute as the Western Sydney Wanderers knocked off FC Seoul 3-2 on the road.

At Shanghai, China:

Hulk scored the winning goal in the 52nd minute as Shanghai SIPG held off the visiting Urawa Red Diamonds 3-2.

Group F Standings:

1. Shanghai SIPG (GP: 3; GD: +6; PTS: 9)
2. Urawa Red Diamonds (GP: 3; GD: +6; PTS: 6)
3. Western Sydney Wanderers (GP: 3; GD: -7; PTS: 3)
4. FC Seoul (GP: 3; GD: -5; PTS: 0)



GROUP H:

At Adelaide, Australia:

Papa Babacar Diawara (PK-51'), Sergio Sirio Olivares (73'), and Mark Ochieng (85') each scored a goal to carry Adelaide United to a 3-3 home draw with Jeju United.  Frederic Mendy (61'), Marcelo Toscano (71'), and Soon-Hyung Kwon (84') each scored once for the South Korean club.

At Suita, Japan:

Ramires Santos do Nascimento scored the only goal of the match in the 39th minute as Jiangsu Suning knocked off Gamba Osaka 1-0 on the road.

Group H Standings:

1. Jiangsu Suning (GP: 3; GD: +3; PTS: 9)
2. Jeju United (GP: 3; GD: +2; PTS; 4)
3. Gamba Osaka (GP: 3; GD: -1; PTS: 3)
