CONCACAF Champions League: It's Tigres (Who Oust Whitecaps) vs. Pachuca In Another All-Mexican Final

At Vancouver, British Columbia:

Andre-Pierre Gignac (63') and Damian Alvarez (84') each scored a second-half goal on Wednesday as Tigres defeated the Vancouver Whitecaps 2-1 on the road in game two of their CONCACAF Champions League semifinal series and took out the Canadian club 4-1 on aggregate to advance to the two-game final against fellow Mexican club Pachuca, setting up another all-Mexican final.


The final will open at San Nicolas de Los Garza, Mexico on April 19 when Tigres will host Pachuca.  The return match will take place on April 26 at Pachuca, Mexico.

The winner will advance to this year's FIFA Club World Cup, set to be staged in the United Arab Emirates in December.
