At Medellin, Colombia:

Fernando Camilo Farias (39') and Guilherme Augusto Vieira dos Santros (90'+3) each scored once as Botafogo blanked Atletico Nacional 2-0 on the road.

Sebastian Driussi scored twice (21', 66') as River Plate doubled up visiting FBC Melgar 4-2.
