CRISTIANO ROLNALDO AND BLANCOS PROVE TOO MUCH FOR JUVE AS REAL MADRID WIN THEIR 12TH EUROPEAN CLUB TITLE AND SECOND IN A ROW

At Cardiff, Wales:

Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice (20', 64'; that's him [right], celebrating with teammate Dani Carvajl after his first score) as Real Madrid defeated Juventus 4-1 on Saturday in the final of the UEFA Champions League, winning their 12th European club title and second in a row (the first club to do that since AC Milan in 1989 and 1990).

Los Blancos will face Europa League winners Manchester United in Skopje, Macedonia this coming August and take part in December's FIFA Club World Cup, set to be staged in the United Arab Emirates.
