In the opener, Miguel Camargo's equalizer in the 60th minute lifted Panama to a 1-1 draw with the United States. Dom Dwyer scored for the Americans in the 50th minute.
In the nightcap, Kevin Parsemain (35') and Steeven Langil (66') each scored once as Martinique blanked Nicaragua 2-0.
