Gonzalo Veron scored the winning goal in the 90th minute as the New York Red Bulls defeated the New England Revolution 3-2 on the road.
At Orlando, Florida:
Sebastian Giovinco scored twice (46', 65') to lift Toronto FC to a 3-1 road triumph over Orlando City.
At Houston:
Andrew Wenger (1'), Alex (23'), and Memo Rodriguez (67') each scored once as the Houston Dynamo held off the visiting Montreal Impact 3-1.
At Vancouver, British Columbia:
Yordy Renya scored the winning goal in the 87th minute as the Vancouver Whitecaps knocked off visiting New York City 3-2.
At Portland, Oregon:
Fanendo Adi (PK-24') and Sebastian Blanco (70') each scored once to lift the Portland Timbers to a 2-2 home draw with the Chicago Fire, whose goals came courtesy of Arturo Alvarez (34') and Brandon Vincent (61').
