At Guangzhou, China:

Edgar Bruno da Silva's equalizer in the 57th minute lifted Buriram United of Thailand to a 1-1 road draw with Guangzhou Evergrande.

Ricardo Goulart scored in the 16th minute for the Chinese club.

At Seogwipo, South Korea:

Kota Mizunuma's goal in the third minute of second-half stoppage time carried Cerezo Osaka to a 1-0 road victory over Jeju United.

Yasushi Endo's goal in the 51st minute enabled Kashima Antlers to salvage a 1-1 home draw with Shanghai Shenhua.

Giovanni Moreno scored for the Chinese club in the third minute.
