Arnaud Nordin scored the winning goal in the 80th minute on Sunday as Saint-Etienne, still with a shot at finishing third in the French Ligue 1 standings (and with it, France's third and final UEFA Champions League berth), defeated relegation-threatened AS Monaco 3-2 on the road.

PSG Knocked Off At Home As Zlatan Is Tossed On Straight Red Card

At Paris:

Mamadou Sakho (OG-55') and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (73') provided the scoring as Saint-Etienne defeated ten-man Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 in Saturday French Ligue 1 action.  PSG were reduced to ten men after a straight red-card ejection was issued  to Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the 70th minute.

At Paris:


Nene (PK-21') and Javier Pastore (88') provided the scoring that carries Paris Saint-Germain to a 2-0 Wednesday French Ligue 1 home win over St. Etienne.  The win enabled PSG to move within three points of league-leading Montpellier with three league games remaining.

Another Welcome Goal From Georgie Gains Road Draw For Monaco

At Saint-Etienne, France:


Georgie Welcome's equalizer at 30 minutes lifted AS Monaco to a 1-1 Sunday road draw with Saint-Etienne in Ligue 1 action.  Dimitri Payet scored at 11 minutes for the hosts.  The draw lifted Monaco to 14th place in the league standings, one point above the relegation zone.
