John Potter's equalizer in the 82nd minute lifted relegation-threatened Queen of the South to a 1-1 Tuesday Scottish First Division road draw with Dundee.  The draw clinched the league title and promotion to the Scottish Premier League for Ross County.  Stephen O'Donnell scored for the Dark Blues in the 53rd minute.
