Craig Goodwin scored what proved to be the game-winning goal in the 64th minute on Saturday as Newcastle Jets defeated hosts Sydney FC 3-2 in Hyundai A-League action before a crowd of 35, 419 at Allianz Stadium, ruining the Sky Blues' home opener.
