Group Two, both games played at Providence, Guyana:

In the opening contest, Stefano Rijssel (8', 87') and Patrick Jimmy (PK-62', PK-76') each scored twice as Inter Moengotapoe demolished Milerock 7-1.

In the nightcap, Andrew Murray (5'), Anthony Abrams (25'), and Daniel Wilson (84') each scored a goal as Alpha United defeated Hubentut Fortuna 3-1.
