At Villeneuve d'Ascq, France:

CONCACAF Champions League: Five Stripes Fall Despite Home Win

At Atlanta:

Despite dropping a 1-0 game-two road decision to Atlanta United (with Josef Martinez scoring in the 77th minute), Monterrey still won their two-game CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal series with the Five Stripes 3-1 on aggregate.
