UEFA Champions League: Group G: Foxes Advance To Knockout Stage

Two Tuesday contests took place in Group G of the UEFA Champions League.

At Leicester, England:
Shinji Okazaki (5') and Riyad Mahrez (PK-30') each delivered a goal as Leicester City won Group G and locked up a berth in the knockout stage with a 2-1 home victory over Club Brugge, who were eliminated from European competition.   Here, we see the aforementioned Mr. Okazaki battling Club Brugge's Timmy Simons for the ball.

At Copenhagen, Denmark:

FC Copenhagen kept their chances of advancing to the knockout stage alive by battling visiting FC Porto to a 0-0 stalemate.  Dragons head coach Nuno Santo, with a perplexed look on his face, watches from the sidelines.
