In Thursday opening match of the CONCACAF League Final, Wilmer Azofeifa's goal in the 62nd minute lifted Santos de Guapiles of Costa Rica to a series-opening 1-0 road win over Olimpia.
The series will conclude next Thursday at San Jose, Costa Rica, with the winner advancing to the 2018 CONCACAF Champions League.
