At Qarshi, Uzbekistan:

Rodrigo Tabata scored the only goal of the match in the 64th minute as Al-Rayyan defeated Nasaf Qarshi 1-0 on the road.

At Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:

Ricardo Oliveira's equalizer in the 64th minute enabled Al-Jazira to clinch a berth in the knockout stage following their 1-1 home draw with Esteghlal.  Arash Borhani scored for the visiting Iranian club at 24 minutes.

Abdulrahim Jaizawi (55'), Victor Simoes (66'), and Kamil Al Mousa (73') each scored once as Al-Ahli came from behind to defeat visiting Al-Nasr 3-1.
