Sour Conclusion To League Season For Djurgarden

At Gothenburg, Sweden:

Stefan Selakovic scored the only goal of the match in the 44th minute on Sunday as IFK Gothenburg defeated visiting Djurgarden 1-0 in the Swedish Allsvenskan season finale for both clubs.  Djurgarden finished the campaign in ninth place.

Elfsborg won the league title by two points and will enter the second qualifying round for next season's UEFA Champions League.

Second-placed BK Hacken will enter the second qualifying round for next season's Europa League while Malmo FF, who finished third, will enter that tournament's first qualifying round.

GIF Sundsvall, who finished 14th, will enter a two-match relegation-promotion playoff against the third-place finishers from the second-teir Superettan (Halmstads BK) while Orebro SK and GAIS were directly relegated to the second division.  Their places in the Allsvenskan will be taken by Osters IF and IF Brommapojkama.
