The final match day of UEFA Champions League action began on Tuesday with eight games, two of them in Group A, being contested.
At Zagreb, Croatia:
Ivan Krstanovic delivered the equalizer with his stoppage-time penalty kick (90'+5) as Dinamo Zagreb earned their only point in group-stage play with a 1-1 home draw with Dynamo Kiev. Andriy Yarmolenko had scored (45'+1) for the visiting Ukrainian club, who will move on to the group stage of the Europa League. At Paris:
Ezequiel Lavezzi (that's him being celebrating)scored the winning goal in the 61st minute as Paris Saint-Germain captured the Group A title with a 2-1 home win over fellow knockout-stage qualifiers FC Porto.

Paris Saint-Germain and FC Porto advanced to the knockout stage of the Champions League while Dynamo Kiev qualified for the Europa League's knockout stage.
