Goals from Omar Gonzalez (60', he was named the game's Most Valuable Player), Landon Donovan( PK-65') , and Robbie Keane (90'+4) enabled the Los Angeles Galaxy to overcome a one-goal halftime deficit and defeat the Houston Dynamo in the MLS Cup Final for the second straight year, this time by a 3-1 score on Saturday as David Beckham played his final Major League Soccer contest.
The championship was the Galaxy's fourth MLS Cup triumph, tying them with DC United for most MLS Cup titles.
Calen Carr scored the lone Houston goal in the 44th minute.
