UEFA Champions League, Group G: Foxes, Dragons Gather Tuesday Wins

Two Tuesday games were contested in Group G of the UEFA Champions League.

At Leicester, England:

Riyad Mahrez scored the only goal of the match in the 40th minute as Leicester City, though having their struggles domestically, maintained their perfect start to their inaugural Champions League campaign with a 1-0 home win over FC Copenhagen.  Here, we see the Lions' William Kvist (in the white jersey) vying for the ball with the Foxes' Robert Huth.

At Bruges, Belgium:

Andre Silva's successful penalty kick (90'+3) provided the difference as FC Porto knocked off Club Brugge 2-1 on the road.  In the above photo, we see the visiting Dragons' Hector Herrera (in the blue jersey) battling for the ball with Brugge's Ruud Vormer.
