UEFA Champions League, Group D: Barca, Juve Gather Wednesday Wins

Two UEFA Champions League Group D matches were contested on Wednesday.

At Lisbon:

Sebastian Coates' own goal in the 49th minute proved costly as Barcelona defeated Sporting CP 1-0 on the road.  Here, we see the Catalans' Luis Suarez (left) being challenged by the Lions' Bruno Cesar.

At Turin, Italy:
