At Manchester, England:

Romelu Lukaku (64') and Marcus Rashford (66') each scored a second-half goal two minutes apart as Manchester United came from behind to overtake visiting CSKA Moscow 2-1 to win Group A and advance to the knockout stage, while relegating the visiting Horses to the Europa League's Round of 32.
