UEFA Champions League: It's The Semifinals For Barca, Bayern

Two games were played on Tuesday as the second half of the quarterfinal round of the UFEA Champions League commenced.

At Barcelona:

Andres Iniesta made it look easy when scoring Barcelona's third goal against Milan.

Lionel Messi converted a pair of first-half penalty kicks (11', 41') as Barcelona took out visiting AC Milan 3-1, both in game two of their two-match series, and the series itself on aggregate.  Barca qualified for their fifth consecutive appearance in the Champions League's semifinal round.  Shown here is Andres Iniesta, when he scored Barca's third goal in the 53rd minute.


At Munich, Germany:

Ivica Olic slides in to give Bayern Munich the lead against Marseille

Ivica Olic scored both goals (13', 47'; that's him with his first score) as Bayern Munich defeated Mareille 2-0 for a second time in their two-game series and took the series 4-0 on aggregate.
