UEFA Champions League, Group G: Leo The Lion Helps Barca Spoil Spartak Moscow Upset Bid; Eagles Hold Hosts Bhoys To Scoreless Draw

Two games were played on Wednesday as Group G action in the UEFA Champions League got under way.

At Barcelona:

Lionel Messi scored twice in the second half (71', 80') as Barcelona came from behind to upend visiting Spartak Moscow 3-2.  Here's Leo the Lion scoring the game winner against Spartak's Dmitri Kombarov and goalkeeper Andriy Dykan.

At Glasgow, Scotland:

The match between Celtic and visiting SL Benfica ended in a 0-0 stalemate.  Here, we see the Eagles' Pablo Aimar with the ball, trying to hold off a challenge of the Bhoys' Scott Brown.
