UEFA Champions League, Group A: Dragons Advance To Knockout Stage; PSG On Cusp Of Advancing

Eight games were played on Tuesday, two of them in Group A, as the second half of UEFA Champions League group-stage play commenced.


At Kiev, Ukraine:



A 0-0 road draw with Dynamo Kiev clinched a berth in the Round of 16 for FC Porto.  Here are Dynamo's Andriy Yarmolenko batting the Dragons' Eliaquim Mangala battling for the ball.

At Paris:


Alex (16'), Blaise Matuidi (61'), Jeremy Menez (65', that's him celebrating with Ezequiel Lavezzi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic), and Guillaume Hoarau (80') each scored a goal as Paris Saint-Germain all but locked up a berth in the knockout stage with their 4-0 home demolition of Dinamo Zagreb, eliminating the Croatian club from contention.  Zlatan Ibrahimovic assisted on all PSG goals.
