With Wagner Ribeiro providing all the scoring (3', 82', 90'+3), El Jaish clinched a berth in the knockout stage with a 3-0 home domination of Al-Shabab.
At Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates:
Al-Jazira blanked visiting Tractor Sazi 2-0, but were still eliminated from the tournament due to El Jarish's home win over Al-Shabab. Ricardo Oliveira (7') and Subait Khater (90'+2) each tallied once for the hosts.

Koh Myong-Jin (32') and Yun Il-Lok (72') provided the scoring as FC Seoul clinched the Group E title with a 2-0 road win over Jiangsu Sainty.

Shinzo Koroki (51'), Yuki Abe (63'), and Marcio Richardes (64') each delivered a second-half goal as Urawa Red Diamonds kept their knockout-stage hopes alive with a 3-2 home win over Round-of-16-bound Guangzhou Evergrande.
