Carlos Tevez successfully converted a penalty kick in th 58th minute for the game-winning score as Juventus held off visiting Real Madrid 2-1 in Tuesday's opening contest of their UEFA Champions League semifinal series. Cristiano Ronaldo kept the defending champions in the series with his tally in the 27th minute. Yep, that's ol' Carlos celebrating after his go-ahead tally.
