The opening contest of the Amway Canadian Championship between the Montreal Impact and visiting Vancouver Whitecaps ended in a 0-0 stalemate on Wednesday. The return match is to take place in Vancouver, British Columbia on May 29. The winner would qualify for the group stage of next season's CONCACAF Champions League.
