At Libreville, Gabon:
Goals in the second half from Nicolas N'Koulou (59') and Vincent Aboubakar (88') on Sunday enabled Cameroon to come from behind to upend Egypt 2-1 and win their fifth African Nations Cup championship, their first since 2002.
Mohamed Elneny scored for the seven-time champion Pharaohs in the 22nd minute.
With the victory, the Indomitable Lions will represent the African continent in this year's FIFA Confederations Cup, to be played in Russia.
