Action in Group H of the UEFA Champions League concluded on Wednesday with two games.
At Madrid:
Lucas Vazquez scored the game winner at 81 minutes as Round-of-16-bound Real Madrid defeated visiting Borussia Dortmund 3-2. The German club will play in the knockout stage of the Europa League. It was just another night at the office for the Blancos' Cristiano Ronaldo as he became the first player to score at least once in all six Champions League group-stage contests (that's him celebrating with Marcelo after scoring another history-making Champions League goal in the 12th minute).

At London:
Fernando Llorente (20'), Son Heung-min (37'), and Georges-Kevin N'Koudou (80') each scored once as Tottenham Hotspur, who'd already locked down Group H, ended APOEL FC's European adventure by dominating the visiting Cypriot club 3-0. Tottenham Hotspur and Real Madrid advanced to the Champions League's knockout stage while Borussia Dortmund qualified for the Europa League's Round of 32.
Two games were contested on Tuesday in Group H of the UEFA Champions League.
At Nicosia, Cyprus:
Karim Benzema (39', 45'+1) and Critiano Ronaldo (49', 54'; that's him scoring his second goal here) each scored twice as Real Madrid destroyed APOEL FC 6-0 on the road to lock up a Champions League knockout-stage berth.

At Dortmund, Germany:
Son Heung-min (that's him, on the right, celebrating with teammate Harry Kane) scored the winning goal in the 78th minute as Tottenham Hotspur defeated Borussia Dortmund 2-1 on the road to clinch top spot in Group H.

At Dortmund, Germany:
Mickael Pote's equalizer in the 51st minute (celebrated by teammates, as shown here) lifted APOEL FC to a 1-1 road draw with Borussia Dortmund. Raphael Guerreiro scored for the German club, who like their guests, are on the verge of elimination from the tournament, in the 29th minute.

At London:
Christian Eriksen scored the winning goal in the 65th minute as Tottenham Hotspur locked up a berth in the knockout stage after their 2-1 victory over visiting Real Madrid, who are still in good shape to advance themselves. At Nicosia, Cyprus:

Cristiano Rolando's successfully-executed penalty kick enabled Real Madrid to salvage a 1-1 home draw with Tottenham Hotspur. Raphael Varane's own goal in the 28th minute provided the scoring for the English club. That's ol' CR 7 himself reacting to something.
