UEFA Champions League, Group B: Bayern Too Much For Spurs; Legend Goes To Europa League At RSB's Expense

Two games were contested on Wednesday as action in Group B of the UEFA Champions League came to a close.

At Piraeus, Greece:

Youssef El Arabi converted his penalty kick (shown here) for the winning goal in the 87th minute as Olympiacos defeated visiting Red Star Belgrade 1-0 to punch their tickets for the Europa League's knockout stage.

At Munich, Germany:

Thomas Muller scored the winning goal in the 45th minute as Bayern Munich defeated visiting Tottenham Hotspur 3-1 to complete a perfect group-stage appearance.

Here are some happy Bayern players (including Philippe Coutinho and Alphonso Davies) celebrating.

Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hotspur advanced to the Champions League's knockout stage; Olympiacos qualified for the knockout stage of the Europa League.

UEFA Champions League, Group B: Spurs Join Bayern (Who Wins Group) In Knockout Stage

Two games in Group B of the UEFA Champions League were on the docket for Tuesday.

At London:

Harry Kane scored twice (50', 77', that's him celebrating here after his first tally) as Tottenham Hotspur erased a two-goal deficit to double up visiting Olympiacos 4-2 and salt away a berth in the Champions League's knockout stage.

At Belgrade, Serbia:

A four-goal second-half performance from Robert Lewandowski (PK-53', 60', 64', 68', that's him celebrating after his third tally) highlighted Bayern Munich's 6-0 frontier-styled road fist-beating of Red Star Belgrade as the German club locked up top spot in Group B.

UEFA Champions League, Group B: Bayern Return To Winning Ways To Lock Up Knockout-Stage Berth; Spurs Demolish Red Star In Belgrade

Action from Group B of the UEFA Champions League continued on Wednesday with two games.

At Munich:

Robert Lewandowski (69'; that's him here, celebrating) and Ivan Perisic (89') each scored once as Bayern Munich, in their first match since their embarrassing Bundesliga defeat to Eintracht Frankfurt over the weekend that led to their coaching change,  blanked visiting Olympiacos 2-0 to advance to the knockout stage.

At Belgrade, Serbia:

Son Heung-min (shown here) scored twice (57', 61') in a four-minute span as Tottenham Hotspur demolished Red Star Belgrade 4-0 on the road.

Action in Group B of the UEFA Champions League resumed on Tuesday with two games.

At London:

Harry Kane (9', 72', that's him with the raised right arm in celebration after his first tally) and Son Heung-min (16', 44') each scored twice as Tottenham Hotspur spanked visiting Red Star Belgrade 5-0.

Robert Lewandowski, seen here, scored twice (34', 62') while Corentin Tolisso notched the game winner in the 75th minute as Bayern Munich defeated Olympiacos 3-2 on the road.

Serge Gnabry (seen here jumpin' for joy---and why not?) produced a second-half quadruple (53', 55', 83', 88') while Robert Lewandowski added a double (45', 87') as Bayern Munich scored five goals in the second half to destroy Tottenham Hotspur 7-2 on the road.

UEFA Champions League, Group B: Olympiacos Battle Back To Gain Home Draw With Spurs; Bayern Too Much For Red Star

Action in Group B of the UEFA Champions League commenced with two games on Wednesday.

At Piraeus, Greece:

Goals from Daniel Podence (44') and Mathieu Valbuena (PK-54', shown here) each scored once as Olympiacos came back from two goals down to gain a 2-2 home draw with Tottenham Hotspur.

Harry Kane (PK-26') and Lucas Moura (30') each scored once for Spurs.

Kingsley Coman (34'), Robert Lewandowski (80', that's him celebrating after scoring here), and Thomas Muller (90'+1) each scored once as Bayern Munich dominated visiting Red Star Belgrade 3-0.
