Goals from Chris Hargreaves (35') and Tim Sills (75') powered Torquay United to a 2-0 win over Cambridge United to win the Blue Square Premier (Conference National) promotion final on Sunday. After a two year absence, the Gulls are rejoining England's Football League in will play in League Two along with BSP league winners Burton Albion (who will be playing as a League club for the first time in their 59-year history).
