ESPN won UK cablecasting rights to the English Premier League that had been forfeited by Satanta Sports.

Here in the States, the "Worldwide Leader in Sports" has purchased a piece of GOL TV's rights to telecast Spain's La Liga.

From The WTF Department: What?! No GOL TV On Dish Network?!

Siting what they said were unreasonable demands from GOL TV, Dish Network, as of Friday, took GOL TV off their network lineup. I, for one, am not too pleased. I usually watch FIFA Football Mundial, Kings of Clubs, Spanish La Liga and German Bundesliga soccer.
