Matias Suarez (55'), Roland Juhasz (68'), and Milan Jovanovic (90'+1) each scored a goal in the second half as RSC Anderlecht built up a 10-point lead atop the Belgian Pro League standings following their 3-1 home win over relegation-threatened Westerlo.

Roland Juhasz (81') and Guillaume Gillet (88') each scored a goal late in the second half as Belgian Juliper League-leading RSC Anderlecht came from behind to upend struggling Westerlo 2-1 on the road on Sunday.

Standard Liege Cop Belgian Cup Crown

At Brussels, Belgium:


Eliaquim Mangala (34') and Adnan Mravac (OG-61') provided the scoring of Saturday as Standard Liege blanked KVC Westerlo 2-0 to win the Belgian Cup final.  Despite losing the match, Westerlo will take part in the second round of qualifying for next season's Europa League, as Standard had locked up a berth in the UEFA Champions League's third qualifying round.

Anderlecht Lose At Westerlo And Cough Up Top Spot In Juliper League

At Westerlo, Belgium:

Aleksandr Yakovenko (PK-58') and Dieter Dekelver (77') each delivered a goal in the second half as KVC Westerlo knocked off visiting RSC Anderlecht 2-0 in Sunday Belgian Juliper League action.  The defeat toppled the visiting club from the top spot in the top flight of Belgian soccer as KRC Genk moved past Anderlecht due to superior goal differential (+38 to +37, each team level at 60 points).

RSC Anderlecht blanked visiting KVC Westerlo 2-0 in Sunday Belgian Jupiler League play.  The goals came courtesy of Romelu Lukaku (32') and Adnan Mravac (OG-78').
