Quarterfinal round action in EURO 2008 continued on Friday:
At Vienna:
Turkey forced a penalty-kick shootout in their match with Croatia after Semih Senturk's equalizer at 120 minutes +2 as the second overtime period ended. This after the Croats' Ivan Klasnic put his team in front in the 119th minute. Turkey then proceded to win the penalty kick shootout 3-1, to set up a semifinal match this coming Wednesday against Germany. Pictured here is Turkish goalkeeper Rustu Recber making the game winning save in the shootout. Turkey became the first team in European Championships history to register three come-from-behind wins.
