AFC Champions League

Eight games were played in the group stage of the AFC Champions League on Wednesday.

Group C:

At Doha, Qatar:

Tractor Sazi held hosts Lekhwiya to a 0-0 stalemate.

At Mecca, Saudi Arabia:

Mukhtar Fallatah scored twice in the final half-hour (68', 76') as Al-Ittihad came from behind to top visiting El-Ain (United Arab Emirates) 2-1.

At Fuladshahr, Iran:

Xhevahir Sukaj scored the winning goal in second-half stoppage time (90'+1) as Sepahan came from behind to upend visiting Al-Hilal.

At Dubai, United Arab Emirates:

Grafite's 68th-minute equalizer enabled Al-Ahli to salvage a 1-1 home deadlock with Al-Sadd.  Nadir Belhadj scored for the visiting Qatari club in the 24th minute.

Group G:

At Melbourne, Australia:

Goals from Nick Ansell (31') and Kosta Barbarouses (81') enabled the Melbourne Victory to salvage a 2-2 home draw with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors.  Lee Dong-Gook scored twice late in the second half (76', 79') for the South Korean club.

At Yokohama, Japan:

Alessandro Diamanti scored in the 38th minute to lift Guangzhou Evergrande to a 1-1 road draw with Yokohama F. Marinos.  Jin Hanato scored for the hosts in the 21st minute.

1. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors (GP: 2; GD: +3; PTS: 4)
2. Guangzhou Evergrande FC (GP: 2; GD: +2; PTS: 4)
3. Melbourne Victory (GP: 2; GD: -2; PTS: 1)

Group H:

At Ulsan, South Korea:

Choi Jin-Soo (85') and Kim Shin-Wook (90'+3) delivered the scoring in the final minutes as Ulsan Hyundai blanked visiting Kawasaki Frontale 2-0.

At Guiyang, China:

Mark Bridge's goal in the 10th minute held up as the Western Sydney Wanderers knocked off Guizhou Rehne 1-0 on the road.
